Cute but not correct measurements

I love the look of this dress but the measurements are really off. The arms are super small. I would need to double my size to fit properly. It would be great if they listed this when describing the dress, especially with online sales only. I asked to exchange and was told no. So, now I’m stuck with a dress that is super awkward.
