defective... broke within a week

I have been using these Smashbox eyeliners for years, and just purchased two from Macys. Both of their liners snapped off and were useless within a week. I tried to return/exchange through the website (online purchase) and it was a hassle. Lesson learned.

So Disappointed

I've been using their face primer for years happily. I needed a new under eye eyeliner so I thought I would give this a try. It doesn't stay on unless you apply a few times. It's hit or miss if you can get it to move up to apply it and then it just flakes off. Very disappointed and not very affordable.

Great eyeliner - stays where you put it! The best thing about it is the sharpener in the lid. Twist the cap once before removing and you have a point.
