Perplexing lipstick

The color (Stepping Out) is nice. It is extremely dry going on, and feels odd. You must try to avoid licking your lips, because the taste of this lipstick is horrible. A very chemical taste. I’m not sure of the point of this lipstick. Certainly not for dry skin.

Not moisturizing

I love smashbox primers so was looking forward to receiving this lipstick. The lipstick goes on nicely and evenly but it feels very dry and heavy. I was hoping it would be more moisturizing. I'm pleased with how long it stays put, but I just don't like how it feels.
