Not my favorite for highlight

I was really looking forward to using this brush for highlight. Honestly, it is not my favorite. The bristles are a little more scratchy than the other Smashbox brushes I own. It is very dense and I find that it disrupts my foundation underneath. I do use it for powdering small areas of my face, however, I would not recommend it.

Nice precise application

I have many Smashbox brushes from way back and when they were real blue squirrel to now, some of their synthetics. They are great. This brush is perfect for a subtle highlight. I understand the reasoning to go to synthetic but I still like the real brushes better.

Not my favorite!

I saw a lot of people raving about this brush so I ordered online, but I NEVER reach for it. When I do, I end up using another brush over it. I feel it doesnt grab product very well or distribute. I would say go for the Anastasia one instead.

LOVE

i bought this for myself before christmas and wowwww. i have to say that my highlight powder has a very natural finish, so im not sure how it would turn out with a more intense/glittery finish, but overall im very satisfied!
