Good gift

Great travel set

I've been wasting so much money trying to find a good mascara that works for me. I finally found this travel/sampler set and am now happy to say my search is over. I used the primer and fell in love with it immediately. After trying all 3 of the mascaras, I find I prefer the Full Exposure over the others. If I want an extra kick, I do add a layer of the X-Rated. That one doesn't seem to go on quite a smoothly as the Full Exposure, but I can make it work. These are easily removed which is a huge plus for me. And no eye irritation. So glad my search is over. (I've been using these for about 6 months and still love them.)

Don't Bother

I bought this to try Smashbox products as well as to have smaller sized mascaras for traveling and such. But, I am not sure if it the brand, the fact that they were sample sizes, or maybe it was older products that have been sitting in stores a while, but when I went to put all of these on, essentially nothing came out. My eye lashes still looked bare and the product was hardly covering my lashes, even after multiple applications. Even the brushes looked like they didn't have any mascara actually on them when I pulled them out of the tubes. The primer was especially disappointing. I would not recommend this kit and am going to continue to use my Estee Lauder mascara that works wonders. Waste of money and I can't even use these.

Smashbox

This was a great sale item. I wanted to try a different mascara other then Lancôme that I've always used. Each mascara is different, however I like to finish the opened mascara before beginning another because of sanitary reasons, this is perfect. Smashbox mascara is very different in that it leaves your lashes soft, but was not as good with the elements. I wasn't sure if this was from my night eye cream or the mascara itself. Was removed at night very easily, not like Lancôme that you need a eye makeup remover. Great for figuring out what mascara is best for you lash needs.
