item never delivered

Item was never delivered yet Macys claims that has been delivered by UPS while same order number got 2 delivered shipping company UPS & POST OFFICE. So annoyed. Won’t let my money lost like that, very disappointed

Absolutely gorgeous

Got this and the matching backpack. I usually pack breakfast, lunch and a snack for my baby as well as a pacifier, spoon and a bib and there is still room for more. The water bottle on the side is so convenient. I absolutely love this set. So gorgeous.
