Poor third party vendor

Never received product. Third party vendor terrible to deal with as far as delivery status; had to cancel. Very disappointing as this was suppose to be a Christmas gift!

Other occasion to buy:Terrible notification and the inability to cancel the order. I was told my delivery would be Dec 36gh st the latest & it is Jan 7th, 3024 & I still do not have my product. I have no idea where it is and I was unable to cancel it thoroughly disgusted.

No go no show!

No go no show!!ordered as Christmas gifts & tracked order. On Dec 22 said shipped. Never received. Dec 26 I again tracked and said product was on back order. I tried to cancel my order and learned it was too late to cancel … what a racket.i will never use Macys online again. I was charged and still am waiting for this product without the option to cancel… how is that serving the customer!!??
