Smile Direct/Macy’s

Would give 0 stars if I could! Never received the product, was a Christmas gift that was supposed to be delivered Dec.19. No update from Macy’s or Smile Direct. Called Macy’s and was told I would receive an email on status within 24hrs and never did. Called to cancel my order never received confirmation and says on my account the order is still processing. The worst customer service!
