Never showed up. Terrible customer service

Never showed up. I was really excited for this and not only did it just go missing, customer service says I can’t have a refund for 10 days, even though it was supposed to get here last week at the latest. I’ve never had anyplace have to do 10 day “investigation” for something in order to get a refund. Probably won’t buy from Macy’s again?
