Clump chaos

This eyeliner is truly disappointing. It clumps together and smears easily, creating a messy appearance. The application is challenging, and it dries quickly, which makes it difficult to achieve a smooth line. After just a few hours of wear, I found myself looking like a raccoon, as the eyeliner smudged significantly, leaving dark circles around my eyes. Overall, it fails to deliver on the quality I expected.
