Other occasion to buy:Macys customer service did not assist as promised: very disappointing!!! Vendor who sent product should be dropped from Macys offerings.

Arrived Damaged-Macys not help resolving issue

Was very excited to try the product but unfortunately it arrived damaged: box damaged, jar opened with product oozing all over, seems used or not packaged well from the vendor (have pics but unsure can post here, will if can); after two calls with Macys customer service to offer a refund & a replacement that did not happen & the oversears customer service team indicates it was a 'misunderstanding' and offered to allow me to repurchase the item. I declined. Do NOT purchase this item!!!
