Great product

Soft Clean Infusion Toner is wonderful product. I had noticeable results after the first use. This product seals in moisture. It also makes my face more luminous and thus blurs many of my wrinkles. I highly recommend that it is used with Estée Lauder products such as the cleanser, serum, and moisturizer.

Frustrated

I’ve tried to cancel several times and talked with several people on line and phone to cancel the audit delivery of this product. I had No success and the item was delivered against my wishes The customer service even lied to me by telling me they would call a certain day and time to take care of this. It never happened! I may have to close my account to keep this from happening again!

Feels changed

The fluid felt thinner than my last bottle. Been a year or two since I have bought any. I am glad the fragrance is not as strong. I will have to use this a couple of more times to decide if I like it as much as my old bottle.
