Do not buy from Macys

The bag, in theory, is fine - no comments. My problem is with Macy’s. They sent me a returned bag and did not package it correctly when they sent it to me. I’ve bought bags directly from Coach and they include protective coverings on all hardware to prevent scratches, tarnishing, and damage during shipping. Macy’s did not. Everything (the strap, paper to shape the bag) was haphazardly thrown together. The display was terrible and if we as customers are paying so much for an item they need to ship it correctly. I don’t want an already worn, smelly, bag. Returning.

Coach purses are great!

I have owned Coach purses for years. I read about this purse at Macy's online and went to the store to look it over. The quality of the leather and hardware is excellent. I did not have any pebble leather purses, and I liked the look and feel of this one. The size of this bag accommodates everything I need to carry with me. It has a zipper close top, which gives extra protection. I like the exterior zippered pouch for things I want quickly, like a pen or mints. The purse has a flexible, timeless look that can be used for every day or more dressy events.
