Coach shoulder bag

I like the tan color bag but Coach has to prevent color transfer onto the bag when a customer puts on dark color clothing

Do not buy from Macys

The bag, in theory, is fine - no comments. My problem is with Macy’s. They sent me a returned bag and did not package it correctly when they sent it to me. I’ve bought bags directly from Coach and they include protective coverings on all hardware to prevent scratches, tarnishing, and damage during shipping. Macy’s did not. Everything (the strap, paper to shape the bag) was haphazardly thrown together. The display was terrible and if we as customers are paying so much for an item they need to ship it correctly. I don’t want an already worn, smelly, bag. Returning.
