Loved them but the heel is just a little bit to high , I have issues with balance and neuropathy in my feet so I can't keep them

Terrible return policy

Shoes were fine, but ran big so I had to return. Two items where purchased at same time and both were supposed to be able to be returned to Macy. When returning only shoes we were told that since the shoes were a third party seller they would have to be returned to seller. Macys refused to process the return. Only after multiple calls were we able to get a return shipping label. Ten days now after shoes returned and still no credit. Waiting three more days and if no credit will refute charges on credit card. More trouble than its worth. Been a long time Macys customer may need to reconsider where I purchase items now.
