I'm not sure I can continue wearing your clogs.

I have been wearing softwalk clogs for years, exclusively and the fit has been perfect and very comfortable. This purchase feels much wider and the cushioning doesn't feel as plush. I'm disappointed but will keep them and try using a cushioned liner or wear with socks when summer is over. I hope you will remedy this problem so I can continue being a customer. For 25 years I have not encountered any negative issues.

Sloppy fit

The clogs were way too wide for a medium width shoe. The color was off. Starting a return.

Wish the foot bed had more "waffle pattern" like they used to have— that made their shoes so comfortable.

Loved them but the heel is just a little bit to high , I have issues with balance and neuropathy in my feet so I can't keep them
