Not a true Ivory color

Softwalk sandals are my favorite brand of sandal. They are a true size fit for me in 9M. The criss-cross style does not rub on my toes & foot. I like that the toe area is the same color as the top color. However, the Ivory color has a yellow tone, bordering on beige. The color did not match my pants or handbag, so I returned.

Love it, getting more

These sandals are everything. I have so many issues with my back, so much pain, so I need sandals with a little bit of height but not too tall but also not flat. I am able to wear these for hours.

Gorgeous and comfortable

These shoes are so comfortable. I purchased them for an outdoor summer event. I am confident they will not irritate or chafe my feet during the long hours I am standing on my feet.

Ok, but returning

They were okay, but returning. They perforations were rough and uncomfortable. I wear a 7-7.5 in sandals and the 7 fit fine for length. I have a wide foot and ordered a wide, the foot bed was just wide enough but comfortable. The straps seemed a bit loose and uneven compared to each sandal. The arch support seemed just ok. The Macy's packaging wasn't great, one sandal didn't have the supporting tissue paper under the straps, so the straps were a bit squished.

I recommend this sandal

I wanted to love this shoe but for some reason these shoes are running wider than normal. My feet is very lose in them so if the shoe stretches, I will walk right out of them. The shoe is beautiful and soft. So I will just wait to visit the store to buy shoes from now on.
