POOR DESIGN

I ordered 8.5 medium and the fit was good, but the shoes flopped off my heels. The wedge heel extends about two-thirds of the length of the shoe, feels/looks like plastic of some sort, and is too stiff to bend when the foot bends to walk, so the shoe pops off in the back. From the look of the packaging, I won't be the first to return these shoes. Long wait time, too. I do not recommend.
