Had a very bad experience overall.

Not satisfied this purchase. Will never buy again from this brand. Product reached very late and doesn’t solve the purpose. The quality was cheap and return was a big deal. I explained my genuine reason for returning it but the vendor was stuck with the one month rule. They delivered the product after 15 days of purchase at the first place. Moreover I was unaware of the third party vendor thing with Macy’s. I used to order with full trust when it comes to Macy’s. But now I double check the details while purchasing everything. Not happened such experience before.
