Thread falling apart and zipper.

I was very excited to purchase this small sling backpack. I really like the gold metallic camouflage pattern and quilting on it. I used it for one week though, and noticed that the thread started falling apart. This is what keeps the zipper attached to the strap on the back. The zipper fell apart as well. I'm disappointed in the poor craftsmanship of this backpack. I wish I could get a refund, but I do not have the price tag for it anymore though I charged it on my Macy's credit card. I will not be purchasing any more items from this brand.
