Love this vitamin!

Definitely notice a difference when not taking it. Havent’ been able to find anywhere though. :-(

Causes diarrhea?

I tried so many times and found that I have no tolerance for this mix, because it always caused diarrhea somehow, and I tried to find a prescription for the side effects but it was not available.

Unknown Magnesium Levels

Magnesium in this product is mostly magnesium oxide which has extremely low absorption rates. Other forms of magnesium is available in it but their margin aren't specified. We can only assume as a consumer that this product doesn't fulfill the magnesium needs as good as it says.
