I have mixed feelings about his product. It is certainly effective, and the results I observed were noticeable. However, I had extremely vivid dreams while taking it. If you are prone to nightmares, be aware that this product may increase their frequency and intensity.

I love the combo of Bacopa and Curcumin. They're two supplements that I take fairly consistently in many different brands. I always like when I can find supplements that I take regularly, paired together. I feel like it was helping me, I Have epilepsy, so Bacopa is a supplement which seems to have some good backing for brain health and wellness and a decent safety profile. It just makes sense to pair it with something like Curcumin with it's anti inflammatory benefits.
