Great full spectrum oil!

This is a great option for anyone looking to start taking Omega 3's. I take two every day and I've already noticed improvement in my joints. It's a great full spectrum, containing all the essential omega fatty acids. However, it does have the classic fish oil aftertaste. I would simply recommend taking one at the middle of your meal and the other towards the end, and then the aftertaste will be minimal if not inexistent.

Have used Solgar Fish oil for at least 10 years. Lowered my cholesterol to the point where I do not have to take prescription meds. Another product I recommend to my customers!!

No fishy after taste

Salmon oil is amazing for you and this one I had no fishy after taste. Plus it has vitamin D3 which is an added bonus in the winter when there isn’t enough sunlight

Full spectrum -- from a best brand!

Solgar is a favorite brand already -- they are part of my 'holy trinity' of brands I trust. I hadn't tried them before for EFAs, just getting familiar with this product. But I am impressed by the full spectrum nature of the fatty acids and their processing methods. I love fish but don't eat it enough. And when I do, I sometimes worry about mercury levels. This is a product I trust, from a brand I know trust and love. Thrilled to have found it.
