Awesome

My blood work before taking this b12 was 300. After 1month of taking 1 pill per day my levels shot up to 800.

Easy to take. Sublingual. More, please!

I purchased these because they are easy to take. They are called micro nuggets, but they are sublingual and easily dissolve under the tongue. I will definitely buy more of them. I wish that Solgar would make more of its products in this format. I cannot take pills. So either something chewable or sublingual is preferable. The only things that I wish is that they were non-GMO project verified, or some sort of third-party non-GMO official verification. In addition, on the bottle I do not see third-party lab tested anywhere. Even though a supplement manufacturer can make claims on their website, having the claims actually on the label is what counts. This dissolves very easily if you are used to taking sublingual vitamins. It takes maybe three minutes or so for it to dissolve. It doesn’t dissolve immediately because it has a coating, which I personally appreciate. I will purchase these again and hope that Solgar makes more micro nugget vitamins and supplements in the future. I would really like to see chromium picolinate as one of these nuggets!
