It's the perfect firmness which is so hard to find. I like the cover on it because it still looks brand new. I would highly recommend this pillow!

I actually found leaving one side zipped and one unzipped fit me the best. My sister was visiting from out of state when these arrived. She loves the pillow so much, she took it home with her.

I’m always on the look out for a new pillow every few years and since I’m a back and stomache sleeper it’s hard to find a pillow I’m comphy with. Some last a few years and then it doesn’t work for me and my sleep. Pillows take a few days for I too know if it will work for me. This pillow right off the bat worked the first night. I slepted perfectly. It’s not hard yet not soft. A perfect in between for me. The pillow loft isn’t too high either. It kepted cool. I didn’t sweat. Has a great pillow case to keep the pillow clean. My back didn’t hurt either since I have a bad back. I’ve had endless sleep through the nights. Didn’t have to bunch up the pillow to get the right comphy feel through the night either. Suppose to be allergen too. The only con is after I wash up and put on my creams I notice the pillow case picked up the oils. So now the pillow case looks dirty and oily. I have washed it once and it didn’t come off. I’m hoping a stain remover will if not the pillow case is ruined.

It took me a while to use in bed because it was a bit high for my neck. It takes me some time to get a pillow in the shape I like. I use it mostly for leaning against the wall sitting up since it is fluffy and light. Not bulky at all. It retains its shape and the allergen barrier is really great in keeping the dust fiber away.

The first night I woke up with a sore neck as with any new pillow. Adjusting them and getting the firmness just right takes a minute but man when you do! Its like laying your head on a cloud. And they really are cooler. I love them!! Definitely 2 thumbs up here!
