Great and roomy laptop bag, but one of the zipper handles already broke within a 3 month use. Let’s hope the other zippers are made sturdier.
Straps broke after 2nd use
Its a pretty big bag but lightweight and the orange lining makes it easy to find things which is really clever. Lots of pockets.
Very nice backpack
Serves the purpose, not used for travel yet.
The product itself is good. It is Macy's shipping process that is very disappointing. When I ordered the bag, it required me to enter physical address (no PO Box) but the item was dropped off by UPS to a USPS PO Box center only. So it was noted "insufficient address". It was returned back to sender. I called Macys customer service, and I was informed she will process a refund and initiated a 2nd order charged to my card again. It was shipped to the same physical address when I specifically said to include the PO Box. I had to constantly track the package and once it showed it arrived at the local post office (from UPS), my sister had to claim it asap before it is returned to sender again. I called CS about the status of the refund on the 1st item, and they are telling me until they receive it, no refund will be issued. It is a nightmare when the purpose of ordering online is for less hassle. No option to pick up instore but direct delivery to physical address only.
I am purchasing this Backpack to replace the exact same one I purchased in November 2013 because one of the main zippers finally gave out after 10 years, but otherwise is cosmetically in perfect condition. It has endured much use, abuse, and travel over the last 10 years. The bright orange interior helps you find things much easier than the dark interiors you find in most, . The compartments both inside and out are placed for easy organizing and access. I can't believe my fortune in finding this.
We didn't keep it because the inside is an awful, glaring orange color not depicted online.
