Good for Beginners

I bought it last month. As I'm a beginner to the photography, I think I made a good choice. But I think sony should provide software updates to improve on their camera firmware.

Value for money

I have upgraded from A6000 I used for 9 years. The upgrade is worth considering the improvements like mic port, continuous video recording and touch facility ( restricted).

Excellent Performer

Second Sony A series camera purchased and I have been completely satisfied with both units. Started with a A6000 with a kit lens fired off 500K pictures, never missed a beat. I'm confident the A6400 will do the same. Peace Steve

Equally good

Not much of a differences between a mirrorless camera vs a DSLR camera in terms of photo quality and product features except that the Battery life is shorter than DSLR camers.
