Solid build; old school - charger is for a wall socket. No option to charge using a USB port.

Good batt Roy charge

It's very good easier than plugging the camera in especially when you have a spare battery. Should really be included with the camera not as an accesory. Also a lot quicker than plugging the camera in.

Really quick charger

I just purchased a Sony A6000 and this BC-TRW battery charger. You need to purchase one of these as no charger comes with the A6000. The BC-TRW is a small and well designed product which will fit nicely in a camera bag. The BC-TRW charges a NP-FW50 battery in around 2 hours which is twice as fast as the Sony BC-VW1. The really great feature on this charger is the power level indicator. You can see the battery percentage charging status on the indicator lamp. Another quality product by Sony at a great price.
