Horrible customer services

The customer service I received was absolutely terrible. I reached out to inquire about an order I never received, but the representative I spoke to was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Impossible to get on

Listen, they are so cute- love the low profile, sneaker-like style, but they are IMPOSSIBLE to get on my toddlers foot. I assumed the laces were elastic- they’re not and don’t have enough give or length to open the tongue fully and get a child’s foot inside. So so bummed.
