Finger loop too small.

I love these boots and they have proven durable. My ONLY complaint is that the finger loop at the heel for pulling up the boot is too small and tight to easily slip your finger through to pull the boot on. Please make that loop a little bit bigger!

Weird sizing

Wrong sizing. I’ve worn a 10.5 in every other pair of boots or shoes I own, and these were comically large, at least a full size too big

Love these boots

Nice looking boot but very painful heel

I purchased these boots for the rain and snow in my NJ to NY commute this winter. They look great and seem impermeable. However, they are extremely painful. I wish I could return them. I will need to layer my socks to avoid blisters and bleeding on my heel....
