Wrong Item

I ordered these online. Recieved them yesterday, opened the box and they were used timberland boots. So I assume whoever packed my box took the boots. I contacted Macy's right away and they processed a refund which I will keep looking out for. But there needs to be some type of quality control so customers don't experience this. Now I'll stick to buying items instore
