Comfortable boots but had to size up. Normally wear a 8.5-9 in a boot but to wear them comfortably had to get a 9.5.

Cute but uncomfortable.

Very cute and comfortable but very uncomfortable to get on. They rub against sides of your feet as well. I bought half size bigger and not sure it was worth it.

Boots Damage

They arrived scratched, and the packaging was completely torn off. They sent me used boots; I’m a size 8.5, but they’re tight across the instep. I really wanted these boots and thought about ordering a size up since they would fit perfectly with socks. But seeing that they were scratched and arrived in such bad condition, I decided to just forget about them.

I ordered these boots on line . I was excited to hear thet were delivered promptly. However I never received them . I contacted Macy's. They did ask a few questions and reimbursement me . Sad i didnt get them delivered but will go to a store to purchase.

Color not as bright

Love the brand. Have a few different boots from them. Super comfortable. I was expecting it to be a more vibrant brown as pictured, but the color was a bit more dull.
