Comfortable and Stylish

I absolutely love these boots! They're not only super stylish but also incredibly comfortable. I usually wear a 9 1/2, but I ordered a size 9 and they fit perfectly. The quality feels great, and I can't wait for the colder weather to roll in so I can start wearing them regularly. Highly recommend!

Runs Large

Purchased the boots on final sale. The deception read true to size so I ordered my regular size, 7.5. Unluckily , this boot runs large and I should have sized down. Unable to return and unable to wear to do the size. My feet will easily slip out so they will not be worn. Super cute boots tho!

Not waterproof at all

If you are looking for winter waterproof boots, you should not buy Puffy Women’s waterproof boot by Sorel. You’ll be absolutely disappointed.

Disappointing Experience

My regular size is 8.5 or 9, but with these boots, I couldn’t even fit into those sizes because the inside is very tight. I had to go up to a 9.5, which feels too loose when worn. When I tried to return them, I found out they were a final sale something that was never mentioned at the time of purchase. Now I’m stuck with boots I can’t use. Extremely disappointed with both the poor sizing and Macy’s return policy.
