Comfortable walking shoes for winter

Fantastic boots!

Lovely, comfortable straight away without rubbing. The sole is flexible and they dont squash your toes! I am very happy with them and planning to.buy them in black too!

I read the reviews and was hoping I would have a different experience. However, they were not comfortable. The top pressed uncomfortably around my ankle and there was also uncomfortable pressure on the top of my foot. Not sure if this would go away with wear, but due to the price I didn't want to keep them to find out. I also found the quality of the leather to be disappointing. I have owned other Sorel boots and was expecting the same quality.

Quality Pair of Boots

Well made boots with quality materials. The leather is nice & thick and should last a while. It is not a supple leather but a more rigid type providing excellent support. When laced all the way up the lip hits the ankle a bit & can be uncomfortable but this is easy solved by skipping the top eyelets & tying one eyelet lower. The insole is removable, which works great if you use custom orthotic insoles. The sole is solid, thick & grabs the floor well. Recommend.
