Super oversized!

This is a nice, smooth-textured comforter, (think sheet-like) which is pretty light and probably too light for even mild SoCal winters. Arrived in a really small box and was vacuum packed so when I took the shams and comforter out they were super wrinkly. Also I think this material may be prone to snags and stains. Most of all it is HUGE! Typically full/queen comforters are pretty short on the sides, this comforter swims on my queen size bed. Good if you can get it on sale and if the wrinkles ever come out --it will bring a little coastal chic to any bedroom.

Oddly shrinkwrapped

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my 20-something son. It arrived in a small box, compressed tightly in shrinkwrap. I wasn't wild about the color in person and thought it was a strange presentation for gifting, so I returned it without opening the shrinkwrap. So I cannot speak to the quality of the item once removed and fluffed. I ordered a different comforter in a regular zip-up case, which I view as more appropriate for gifting.
