Good shorts, waistband shows through

I was impressed by the comfort and compression when I first tried these shorts on. However, when I wore the shorts for the first time, the waistband did roll down and could be seen through my dress. Also the shorts are a bit longer, probably can't be worn with a mini dress depending on your height. Overall, I still like the shorts for the comfort but they could be better.

I tried on and bent over to pick up packaging and the waist band had already rolled down. I have a shorter torso, so this was not unexpected.
