Not working

One did not work at all. Other stopped after 5 days

Defective?

It worked for about an hour, then abruptly shut down (even though there was plenty of water left inside). Now when we turn it on it stays on for just 2 seconds (literally) and shuts off. I just sent an email to Pipingrock to see how to proceed with a return, given that I just purchased it last month aned used it only once.

Works well

I wish it were a bit smaller and diameter so I could take the top off in one hand. It is slippery and requires 2 hands to take off the large dome. However, I really like how it works and the different colors.
