we expected better.

I know hardside luggage will take on scrapes and smudges, but the way the black coating scraped off to something white underneath after 3 short trips…no. we’re returning it. it’s too expensive. smudges are one thing, the color scrapes all of the way off.

wanted to love it

we’ve been loyal to Victorinox for years. finally decided to upgrade our luggage after 14 years. the color of the new hardside and style looked fantastic. packed well. feels sturdy. the only problem is the COLOR SCRAPES RIGHT OFF. 2 short trips and it looked beaten and dragged. it’s too expensive to look that bad. we returned it.
