Not the right fit for daughters body type

I thought this would work with a fitted white t shirt under and it did not. My daughter is broad shouldered with narrow hips and the whole dress was too tight and did not look right. This would probably work better on someone with small shoulders

I ordered size 8. The dress looks like a size 6. I am very disappointed.
