Runs way too small

Bought my daughter several items that were the same size 14/16 and 16. This wasn't just snug, it absolutely was nowhere close to being able to zip.

Slightly disappointed

Online, the dress looks spectacular. Our 11 year old picked it out. I love the beautiful color (red) and the sequins. Unfortunately, it seems that the adhesive holding the sequins to the dress is VISIBLE! It looks like someone played connect the dots with a hot glue gun. I will be returning this dress.
