Gorgeous but post too big

These are gorgeous gorgeous earrings and I'm sorry that I can't keep them. The post is so large, it won't fit through my pierced ears. I've never run into this before so I don't think it's my issue. I really wish I could get them on. I put another post earring next to it to show the size difference.
