Adult size 6

I wear womens size 6 and I bought kids size 4.5 and it fits perfectly! I think size 4 should work too if you don't plan to wear socks. The best thing about this shoe is that it doesnt stink. I have own shoes from other brands and they start to stink after a few wears ( I have sweaty feet). I have been wearing this pair for almost 6 years and it still looks great.

Really cute 1/2 size too small

These are really cute but just know they run a 1/2-1 full size small. I ordered a 12.5 for my 6yr old and they fit like her other size 12 shoes
