SperryMen's A/O Penny Wild Horse Loafers

This shoe has caused me a year of headaches. It is of the worst quality that you could ever imagine. Within the first month of lightly wearing these loafers, the sole separated from the shoe. I returned the item and received a second pair months later after NY’s summer ended. The second pair ripped in the same place after a few wears. Macy’s will no longer accept a return/refund because I did not have this issue until after their return policy timeframe. The shoe will inevitably fail you. I was lied to by Macy’s service representatives for 3 weeks about the fact that they would accept the return then, ultimately after demanding to speak with a supervisor received a cold response of “we cannot assist”. I’m beyond angry and will never shop with Sperry or Macy’s again. This has been the absolute worst experience of my life because of a shoe. I have worn Sperry for more than 20 years and I have shoes from Sperry that have been worked in, fished, soaked, etc.. This one item is an issue.
