Shoes were the wrong size

The wrong size was sent to me. I placed another order for receiving the wrong size. I should be allowed a refund on the first order. It was not my mistake they sent the wrong size.

Runs large and wide

Bought this last act item and the shoes runs 1/2 larger and wider too. Sadly I cannot return due to their policy about final sale items. Now I will have to sell it somewhere else to get my money back. Stupid policy. They should allow returns and exchanges for the last act items!
