Disappointed

These were low quality & came with scratches on them . Not happy at all . Frustrating when I buy something and I’m looking forward to get them & their nothing what was shown. I hope they will refund my account.

Sizing, style & color

Sizing: I usually wear 9.5 in a Sperry boat shoe. This shoe runs a little large. I have returned the shoe and ordered a 9. I have not received the 9 so not sure yet if it will work, but I think it will. Style: runs a little higher on the top of my foot than I like but I like the shoe well enough to keep it at the sale price of one half off. Color: love the tan color. My favorite.

Buyer beware

I purchased the Sperry Womens Authentic Original Boat Shoes, AT full price. One of the shoes was one color, while the other pair of the shoe, was a different color, a lighter shade and visually different. I got two different colored shoes! Macy's tried selling me a product that was on display, discolored, and dirty. I believe the lighter color shoe in the pair, which also had a dirty sole, was a display model they tried to sell as new. This was so disappointing after paying FULL PRICE for something I wouldn't even buy on sale. Selling people a used product, as new, and at full price, is irresponsible and unethical.
