One shoe is slightly bigger than the other.

I'm not happy with the shoes

Too loose in the heel

I should have believed the reviews before buying. I bought my normal size 9.5 and I was walking out of them because the heel area was too wide and loose. Too bad because they are nice-looking, well-made shoes.

too big and loose. My normal size is seven, and I should have a smaller 6.5

Sizing way off

These were very cute and I wanted to love them, but the sizes were insane. They are absolutely huge. These run large!! I had three pairs shipped to me in different sizes. It was a long involved process and in the end, not a single pair fit me properly.
