Dead on arrival!

Plate was broken on arrival! Didn’t even open the box because as soon as I picked it up I heard the broken pieces banging inside. This is supposed to be just one piece but it sounded like there were million pieces inside.

Beautiful and practical

This is a beautiful as well as practical piece. I love the pattern, which is similar to some pre-war Japanese porcelain that I collect. Spode has an excellent reputation and this platter reflects that. It came perfectly packaged, well protected, and in pristine condition. It is exactly what I was looking for and now I plan to add more Spode Blue Italian pieces to my dinnerware.

This bowl is a great size. When I opened the box I was surprised by how large it was. Its a must have for get-togethers.
