Carolyn‘s history was spoke Christmas dishes

I have collected dispose dishes and glassware since 1985. I have also started sets with my daughter and two sons and family. And now selecting play settings for my grandchildren. Our history is that the day after Thanksgiving we pull out the spa dishes and use them for every meal until New Year’s Eve.

Beware!

Macy’s sent broken dishes. Said they’d send a new set. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting.

Small bowl & mug

The set is beautiful, but the bowl and mug are extremely small. Not really sure what the bowl could be used for.

Is this set the same color as the 4-plate set? The photo looks bright white and my set at home is beige.

Love these Dishes!

I love this pattern of dishes and buying from Macy's online was easy. Just to help other buyers, note that this purchase is only for one place setting, one bowl, one mug, ect.-- I know most people will understand this -- at the time I purchased this Macy's didn't have that written in the description. This pattern makes a great gift!

Spode Xmas Tradition

I purchased several Spode items for my daughter Kelly. Their Dad gave me my first Spode settings before she was born! Using Spode Xmas Eve, Xmas Day and through New Years was our tradition. The kids would get so excited seeing the table set with Spode dishes and glasses. The tree is so rustic, simple and beautiful and brings back so many beautiful memories of Christmas with my 4 children. I gave my daughter Tricia Spode and now Kelly. The tradition continues with our family and we look forward to many wonderful Christmases reliving the "old" and creating the "new" memories!!!

beautiful Christmas gift

I gave this place setting to my daughter at Christmas. She now has service for 12. I will be adding the extra serving pieces for her collection. She was so appreciative of this gift and she loves the pattern. She says it sets the tone of her holiday dining. It is a wonderful, quaity prodect that will be treasured for years to come.
