What else is there to say about Spode Xmas Tree?

These bowls were exactly what I wanted and needed. Don't always like the deep round bowls. These are beautiful and well-made. They add nicely to my collection, which I try to add to slowly, every year.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

This was(is) a terrible experience. I ordered a simple item (4 bowls) on Nov 24 and haven’t received it as of Dec 15. Moreover, Macys hasn’t provided accurate status info. Getting status info is a hassle and ultimately of no use. Contacting Macys thru their “Chat” mechanism is worthless and a waste of time. Don’t bother. Shop somewhere else.

Excellent company to work with, dishes arrived in great shape and in a timely manner. And the cost was fair and accurate, unlike some other sites I investigated. The dishes are beautiful!! Thank you!
