Bought 4 place setting from Spode. But when I checked there was an 8 place setting for far less than the 4 plate set ????? Why is that ?????? Plus they were all the same size. Same design same everything. 10” dinner plates

Bad experience with Macy online order

I thought I could save money on my purchase by applying for a Macy’s card which I tried to do on line. Well this never worked because I never got the percentage off. I found out January 28 that I received a card though which I thru out. Then I was supposed to get these items by December 24 it showed(Special promo) delivery showed a date of January 9th. I called and was told I’d be getting a $20 gift card because of the of the delay that wasn’t explained on line. The gift comes December 28th and I find the Spode plates I bought was misleading, they were advertised as a set of 4 so I thought. I order and got ONLY got plates. 12 plates. No bowls, no dessert dishes just plates. In short I was extremely disappointed with Macys and can understand why they went bankrupt. There call center was the worst and website was misleading.
