Glasses are beautiful but were broken

I love Spode and know their glasses are beautiful but the lowballs I ordered were not packed and shipped well. I ordered 3 boxes of 4 lowball glasses, and 2 of the 3 boxes had broken glasses. They were so broken I couldn’t even return them and the lowballs were then out of stock, so they could not be replaced. The Macy’s customer service lady was wonderful and refunded me promptly, but unfortunately I still don’t have the Spode glasses for Christmas.

Colors don’t match

The color on these glasses do not match the others I have purchased in the past and the graphic sits lower in the glass.

Beautiful Glasses!
